Auction Information We advertise our auctions on Craig's List 15 days and 7 days and day before the auction date and are usually held on Thursday or Friday. Pre-registration at 9:30 am and auction starting at 10:00 am. Parking is in the parking lot across the street from Van Mall Storage on 72nd Ave. We hold Whole Unit Auctions. Auction Rules & Procedures NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY Auction Conducted by Bev Amundson Cash only sale Competitive bidding Whole unit only sale All sales final If you buy a unit $100 cash deposit required All items in units must be removed and unit broom clean by date and time on Auction Deposit paper to receive deposit back. Deposit and paper work must be completed at storage facility office before access to unit. 24 hours to remove items for each unit. 48 hours for 10 X 30 and bigger. All personal papers, photos, computers, computer disks, CDs, locked safes and gun cabinets or anything else that might be considered personal are to remain here in the unit. Buyers will be liable if the identity of the tenant is compromised due to removal of any personal items as noted above. Access to unit during office hours only. Managers will regulate gate access as needed to enter and exit. Units must be locked when you leave the premises. A company lock will also be installed on the auctioned unit when buyers are not present. When you buy a unit the non-personal items are yours and the personal items are to remain in the storage unit only, therefore the company lock is required. No smoking allowed anywhere on the facility outside nor inside the buildings. Smoking allowed only off storage facility property and beyond 25 feet of facility entrance as per Washington State Law - RCW 70.160 These rules are here for the legal rights and safety of all concerned.
