How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment. However, some discounts are available for 6 and 12
month lease agreements, if you know you will be staying for a while.
When can I get to my belongings?
Our facility gate access hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, 365 days per year. These hours are strictly enforced. For the safety and security
of all our customers, you must be out of the facility by 9:00 pm. The gate will automatically lock at that time. If you are not out and the gate
locks you will need to call the phone number at the key pad and a towing company will come to let you out and there will be a $45 charge. Our
office hours are Mon – Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Sat. 9:00am to 4:00 pm, Sun. 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
How much notice must be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
Do you offer a mover?
We don't offer a mover, nor do we recommend or refer moving companies or pack and load labor movers. We recommend that you search
the yellow pages or web site for a reputable mover of your choice.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website at vanmallstorage.com. You may also arrange to have your payment
automatically deducted from your debit or credit card. Please ask our manager about this feature. Our facility is also equipped with a mail slot
in our front door to drop off your payment after hours. Do not use this for cash payments.
What sizes units do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes and unit types to meet your needs. Please contact our facility for available sizes and prices.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you
determine how much space is needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program.
Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?
Yes, we sell high quality locks and a wide variety of packing boxes and moving supplies. If your merchandise purchases exceed $50.00 we
give a 10% discount on the total cost of your purchase. We also give a 10% discount for our "item of the month".
Do you have outdoor storage for Boats, RVs and other vehicles?
We have inside storage units for Boats, RVs, and some Commercial Vehicles in our large 12 X 35 storage units. These units have large 10’
wide and 12’ high doors. The area in front of these doors is 45’ wide for ease of driving into your storage unit.
