| For new Customers to create a new Online Account |
From our website (vanmallstorage.com) click on Customer Login
Click on Create a new account
Provide your account information:
Enter your Gate Access Code
This must be your current gate code assigned to this unit. When entering your gate code only use the
numbers (sample 123456). Do not enter the Asterisk (*) at the end like you would use if entering our facility.
Enter Unit Number
Be sure to enter your entire unit number which is the letter of the building and the number of your unit (sample A044)
Set up your account login values:
Email Address: (Enter your email address)
Password: (Make up a password you to use when you login in to your account)
Confirm Password: (Retype your password again)
Security Question: (Make up a question that you can answer in case you forget your password)
Security Question Answer: (Write the answer to your security question here)
Click Submit
You are now able to gain access to your account by using your email address and password.
Click on Create a new account

The left side of your computer screen will be showing your Unit numbers and your account Balance.
Click on the unit number that you would like to gain access to.
The next screen will allow you to do the following.
Account Balance (This will show your current balance. Note that next month rent will not show until the first of the month)
Make Payment (Here you can make a payment by Debit or Credit card)
View Payment History (Here you will be able to view and print your payment history)
Email to Site (Here you can Email us with any questions or problems)
Logout (Be sure to Logoff when you are done)
