asks: Please tell us how we can improve our service. We started collecting these comments in 2002 and even continue
collecting them today.
We have posted every one of them here good or bad for all to read. We have had customers vacate and have given
us verbal complaints that there are too many rules, or our procedures are sure strict, or why can’t we waive the $15.00
late fee for them, etc., etc. We have and do waive the late fee when justified and our procedures and rules are fair and
in place for everyone’s interests.
We treat all of our customers fairly and equally. During the move-in process we try our best to explain the rules and
procedures, and during the move-in process we supply our new tenants those rules and procedures in writing.
Our move-in marketing graph shows 22% are from previous tenants, 20% are from referrals, 7% are from our current
tenants renting a second unit, 36% are drive-by, and 15% are from either the Internet or Yellow pages. We think that
speaks for itself.
We also go the extra mile to help people in special ways, as many tenants are going though stressful times in today’s
world.
