Be out of the facility before 9:00 pm or you will be charged $45.00. 5 MPH speed limit while on Premises. Move-out Notice Our Notice to Vacate form must be filled out and given to our office. Give a 10 day advance notice prior to your move-out date. The unit must be broom clean and in good condition. Please do not sweep debris out onto the driveway. (We have a broom, dust pan, and small garbage can to clean your unit.) No refund under $10.00 or given during a rent discount month. When your unit is empty and clean come into the office to complete the paperwork as soon as possible to stop your rent accrual. You are responsible to update your address and phone number when you move. Additional Information DO NOT spill any liquids, fluids or food of any kind on the grounds to keep from attracting rodents, ants and other pests. Eat and drink in your vehicle only. This is a NON SMOKING facility. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere. We reserve the right to inspect all goods on entry to the units. Insure your goods; we are nor responsible for loss or damage. Use of electrical or power equipment is prohibited on these premises. If you make a mess around your unit please clean it up. Vehicle, motorcycle, and boat storage only if in the name of lessee, licensed, and drivable, insured, a copy of the registration in our office, and a vehicle registration form is filled out. Make sure your radio is off, or turned down low to be courteous to our neighbors. For security and safety reasons, do not close your storage unit door while in it. A lock must be on your unit with in 24 hours from the date you rent your unit. Children and pets need to remain in your vehicle or by your side. This property protected by 24-hour recorded video surveillance. This facility is intended solely for the purpose of storing and/or rearranging stored items. No working on anything in your unit of any kind on these premises. Loitering is strictly prohibited. NOTE: Bad weather conditions, such as ice and snow the facility will be closed to all tenants.
